In Jun. 2013, Xue Feng from SECCO Production Department was entitled “the advanced individual for Shanghai Energy saving and emission reduction in the eleventh five-year plan”

During the period of the “eleventh five-year plan”, based on his careful following national and company’s energy-saving spirit, Xue Feng developed and implemented SECCO overall energy-saving policy, energy management rules and energy-saving technical standards, organized and established effective enterprise energy management network and actively publicized application of the advanced energy-saving technology resulting in the energy-saving job from none to presence, from sole tracing to system management and from offline analysis to online analysis. He enabled SECCO to realize its continuous improvement of energy-saving optimization but also its leading role at home for applying professional tools to manage and optimize energy and he has made his own contributions to the enterprise’s continuous development.

In order to recognize the advanced individual for his/her outstanding contributions made during the process in which the binding target of completing energy-saving and emission reduction successfully in Shanghai and to set up typical example to further drive the energy-saving and emission-reduction job, six governmental authorities including Shanghai Development & Reform Commission and Municipal Environment Protection Bureau issued a document jointly to give  Xue Feng a title as the “advanced individual for Shanghai Energy saving and emission reduction”. There are 227 people gaining such honor in Shanghai.
