SECCO new polystyrene product GPPS152 recently passed the certification of Taizhou LG and can be used as the interior transparent decorations for the refrigerator.

From March 2010, SECCO started to develop the high flowability special white material GPPS-152 for the refrigerator drawers, its target application area is for the refrigerator drawers to satisfy the customer’s higher requirements on the flowability and the color from the injection molding, especially no fractures are allowed for the low temperature application of the product, which makes the product more competitive on the market. SECCO did not have the product with the absolute competitiveness at this field before, therefore its market share was not high. After the market survey of two months and the technical development of two months, the Lab and Production Dept worked jointly and delivered successfully to some customers the products from the trial production for their experiments of the practical application during the second half of 2010, finally obtained the sound feedbacks and acknowledgement.

The smooth certification by the end users marks the successful development of SECCO GPPS, the product will be put into the massive production and hit the market. Meanwhile, it realizes the specialty of SECCO product at the refrigerator field, the property of SECCO product is improved without the cost increase and the better production application is provided to the customers, which shows the obvious technical, economic and social benefits.
