A few days ago, Yang Yongcheng in the procurement team of SECCO Commercial Department was awarded the title of "Advanced Individual in SINOPEC Goods and Materials Supply Management" by SINOPEC Group.

Yang Yangcheng has been engaged in goods and materials supply for many years, being responsible for procuring spare parts needed for production operation and procurement management for the rotary and static equipments of MOC and modification projects in SECCO. Over the past 6 yeas since SECCO started commercial operation, Yang Yongcheng has been working earnestly, completing procurement tasks timely with quality and quantity assured, providing solid assurance for the stable operation of the plants. He sticks to the principle of shopping around, getting good quality and good price in equipment procurement for the projects, and made essential contribution to the completion of project tasks, meanwhile, a huge amount of project procurement cost saving has been made. Yang Yongcheng obeys the rules, sticks to principles, strictly implements various rules and regulations in goods and materials supply management of the company and is incorruptible on his post; he has strong sense of responsibility, being conscientious and meticulous in work, cooperative and friendly. In particular, in the continuously progressing modification projects of SECCO, he overcomes difficulties, leading the team in assuring the timely supply of goods and materials, making important contributions to the modification projects and production operation of SECCO.
