On November 22, 2011, SECCO 10th Anniversary Reception Dinner was ceremoniously held in SCIP. Chen Jinhua, Vice Chairman of the 9th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Sheng Huaren, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the 10th National People’s Congress and Li Yizhong, former Minister of Industry and Infomation Technology inscribed or sent congratulatory letters respectively for warm congratulations. Wang Jiming, former President of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation and Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Xiao Guiyu, Vice Secretary General of Shanghai Municipal Government, Nick Elmslie, Global Chemical Business President of BP Group, Chang Zhenyong, Deputy Chief Engineer of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation and so on, attended the Reception and expressed congratulations for the 10th annversary of Shanghai SECCO and extended good wishes for future development.

The Reception Dinner started with a sand painting show of the growth process of Shanghai SECCO, chaired by SECCO DGM Wu Haijun. SECCO GM Henri Braun made a welcome speech, Chang Zhenyong and Nick Elmslie delivered speeches on behalf of the shareholders, and Vice Secretary General Xiao Guiyu also delivered an ebullient speech on behalf of the Municipal Government. That evening, leaders from relevant departments of Shanghai Municipality, Jinshan District, SINOPEC, SPC and BP Group, representatives of relevant financial institutions, representatives of Shanghai SECCO's partners and important customers as well as representative employees of Shanghai SECCO, in a total of more than 170 persons, attended the Reception Dinner.
