Congratulations on SECCO's AAA credit rating grade for 2010. This is the fourth time since SECCO's first achievement from 2007.
The honor is based on "General rules of Loan", "Method for Management of loan certificate” and "Shanghai credit business credit risk assessment of management practices" requirement, authorized by the People’s bank of China Shanghai branch of rating agencies.
AAA is the highest grade in credit rating evaluation. It is the best credit of "identity" in market economics.
