On the afternoon of July 28, 2011, Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce and Shanghai Association of Foreign-investment Enterprises held a symposium titled "Responsibility and Innovation" of Shanghai Foreign-investment Enterprises and a commendation meeting of 2010 Double-Excellency Enterprises in Shanghai Marriott Hotel Hongqiao, with the presence of Ai Baojun, Deputy Mayor, Sha Hailin, Assistant Secretary General and Commerce Commission Director and other leaders. At the meeting, the foreign-investment enterprises with performance of high import-export volume, high profit and tax amount, the best cases of social responsibility and etc in 2010 were highly commended.

Based on the data of 2010 Joint Annual Check on Foreign-investment Enterprises, SECCO ranked the third Shanghai Foreign-investment Manufacturing Enterprise in profit and tax amount in 2010, and ranked among the top ones of 2010 Shanghai's 100 Powerful Foreign-investment Enterprises in turnover. SECCO HR Director Wang Bingyu attended the meeting and received the prize on behalf of SECCO.
