Mr. Eugene LEONGO, Director of Energy & Chemicals of Singapore Economic Development Board, visited SECCO on the afternoon of Aug. 9. Mr. Wu Haijun, Deputy General Manager of SECCO, and others received the visitors. Mr. Wu Haijun delivered welcome speech to the visitors and Paul Bowdler, Director of Production Department, presented SECCO production and operation to them. Director LEONGO asked about in details the ground flare system applied by SECCO, cooperation relationship between SECCO and SCIP and SECCO’s good practice for making a good neighbor of community and later on, Director LEONGO and his group visited SECCO central control room and site.
