SECCO pays great attention to traffic safety, actively supports the traffic management of the local Public Security Bureau to ensure the traffic safety of local community. On September 23rd, 2003, SECCO organized a meeting with the SCIP management committee and the SCIP Public Security Bureau to discuss traffic status within SCIP. SCIP introduced its new traffic management rules and emergency response plan while SECCO introduced our construction plan with the timing of transportation peak and our expectation for SCIP Public Security Bureau to support. We had a warm discussion on potential traffic risks and actions we should jointly take to mitigate those risks.

On December 30,2003, SECCO called for another meeting with officials from the Jinshan Public Security Bureau and Transportation Branch and Caojing sub-Bureau to discuss the traffic management of the main traffic roads outside SCIP. On the basis of discussion and on-site inspection, we agreed on the short-term and long-term management plans. Both parties believe that with our joint effort, we can greatly mitigate the potential traffic risk caused by the increase of traffic load and provide a safe traffic environment for local community.
